The ingredients necessary for the crispy potatoes with succulent grilled steak recipe are 1 round steak that is about 2 cm thick, 4 medium baking potatoes, washed and sliced into 1 cm slices, and half a teaspoon of pepper. Also, for the sauce in which you will marinate the steak you need 1/3 cup of reduced salt chicken stock, 2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh oregano, 1 finely chopped small onion, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 2 large finely chopped garlic cloves, half a teaspoon of crushed dried chilies, and half a cup of finely chopped Italian parsley. Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a sealable plastic bag and shake it for them to mix well. Rub the steak on both sides with half the pepper, and put it into the bag. Close the bag and let it in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. During this time, simmer the potatoes for about 10 minutes, until they are almost tender. Afterwards, lightly coat them on both sides with olive oil. Remove the steak for the sauce. Boil the sauce for about 3 minutes in a small saucepan and cover it up to keep warm. Meanwhile, set the gas grill on medium heat and place the steak and the potatoes on it. Grill them for about 4-5 minutes on each side. At the end, put the sauce over the steak, and serve.
Grilled chicken with rosemary and bacon
To prepare the grilled chicken with rosemary and bacon you need 4 teaspoons of garlic powder, 4 thick slices of bacon, 4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves, 4 springs of fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper. Preheat the gas grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates. Sprinkle the garlic powder on the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper to the taste. Lay one rosemary spring on each chicken breast. Wrap the bacon around the chicken breast for it to hold the rosemary on, and secure the bacon with a toothpick. Afterwards, cook the chicken breasts until they are no longer pink in the center.
Marinated grilled shrimp
For the marinated grilled shrimp recipe, you need 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil, 2 pounds of fresh shrimp, skewers, 1/4 cup of tomato sauce, 1/3 cup of olive oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Stir the garlic, the red wine vinegar, the tomato sauce, and the olive oil in a bowl. Season it with salt, basil, and cayenne pepper. Add the shrimp to the bowl, and stir it until it’s evenly coated. Cover the bowl, and let it refrigerate for about an hour. In the meantime, preheat the gas grill for medium heat. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers, piercing them near the tail and near the head. Afterwards, cook the shrimp on the gas grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, and serve.
